FRIULAN

Friulano is a dry wine, with a strong almond and fruity flavour. Characteristic for its straw-yellow color with particular greenish reflections, an elegant, refined perfume reminiscent of acacia flowers. The flavor is full-bodied, dry, and harmonious with an aftertaste of bitter almonds. Excellent wine used in Collio as an aperitif; at the table it accompanies fish dishes and grilled white meats. It is particularly suitable for accompanying raw ham, including smoked ham, fresh cheeses, appetizers, first courses, even challenging ones, white meats and fish.
