LUGANA 2022

The Lugana of the Allegrini family seeks its own unique path, in which the aroma delicately outlines a fresh and subtle soul. A glass that combines immediacy and longevity. The grapes harvested at perfect ripeness bring a ripe white fruit, where the peach appears surrounded by fresh floral notes. In the mouth it debuts with the typical richness and the marked acidity has the task of tending the sip and giving agility. The still and dry Lugana in the simplest versions is excellent as an aperitif and paired with appetizers or lake fish such as trout, perch and whitefish. The versatility of this wine does not stop here: the internationality of taste certainly does not find Lugana unprepared. This white is in fact perfect with raw fish, starting from the "Japanese cuts" of sashimi and sushi to all the variations on the theme proposed internationally. It is also perfect with salmon and tuna, and goes perfectly with fish-based "finger food".
