REFOSCO 2015

Ruby red color, almost garnet with violet reflections. Vinous, frank and decisive aroma, typical hint of undergrowth. Complex and intense taste, between chocolate, coffee, dried bay leaves and plums in syrup. Tasty and persistent. Pairing: first courses with red meat sauces, stewed game, roast red meat, mature cheeses. Ideal with pappardelle with roe deer, fillet in a mustard crust, pickled wild boar, seasoned Ragusano.
