Straw yellow color with greenish transparency. Intense aroma, extremely rich, typical and recognizable, fresh and fragrant. Particularly noticeable are the hints of pepper, citrus, kiwi, and light sage, jasmine and bergamot. Dry, intense and appropriately aromatic taste. Tasty and mineral, with great character and a clear nose-palate correspondence. Pairing: with herb omelettes, seared shellfish, risottos or vegetable soups, fatty fish, fresh creamy cheeses. Intriguing with Fontina soufflé and mixed salad, borage and glazed shallot cream, salmon steak with dill, Brie de Meaux DOP.
