Delicate, fresh, and fruity, Antica Fattoria La Parrina's Vermentino stands out for its aromaticity and savory character. Vermentino is a semi-aromatic white grape variety widely grown along the Tyrrhenian coast. It has found its ideal home in Tuscany, where it expresses its qualities best among the characteristic hills that gently slope towards the sea. On the La Parrina estate, the grapes are grown sustainably and rigorously hand-picked. They are then subjected to cryoextraction, keeping the must on the skins at very low temperatures. This enhances Vermentino's complex aromatic profile without transferring any defects. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine is aged on the lees for six months before bottling.
