The basic dough of flour, butter, eggs, water and mother yeast welcomes the raisins and candied citrus fruits in a production cycle that pays attention to every phase: from mixing to packaging. The wrapping reflects the traditional style of Milanese pastry shops, inspired by the designs of the 1930s, and is folded strictly by hand.
