PANETTONE CR PISTACC BRONTE BOX 1KG

BreraMilano1930 has created a variant of the Classic Panettone for pistachio lovers: the Panettone with Pistachio Cream. The dough made with flour, water, butter, sugar, eggs and sourdough, once cooked is filled with a cream of Bronte Dop green pistachio and covered with melted dark chocolate and pistachio grains. In collaboration with the Ricordi Historical Archive, the Pandoro will be included in a gift box that pays homage to one of the characters from Puccini's opera, La Turandot. The drawing that decorates the box represents Pang and is taken from the figure by Umberto Brunelleschi (available in poster format as a gift inside the box) as he has green clothes, ideal for representing the proposed product.
