SAUVIGNON 2022

Straw yellow. The olfactory bouquet is made up of a perfect combination of hints of exotic fruit, vegetal aromas reminiscent of tomato leaves, and floral aromas of white rose and boxwood. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a long finish that ends pleasantly bitter. Excellent with grilled or baked fish, this Friuli Grave Sauvignon DOC does not disdain pairing with light cheeses. Try it with asparagus risotto.
