SCHIOPPETTINO 2014

Garnet ruby red color with purple hues. Scent of ripe cherry and humus wrapped in smoky and spicy tones of pink pepper. Dry, fresh flavour, with good structure and strong character, with a typical peppery final note. Satisfying and enjoyable. Pairing: stuffed pasta and game risottos, stewed second courses, sauced fatty fish, mature cheeses. Excellent with raviolini stuffed with braised meat, Castelmagno risotto, glazed duck, Casera della Valtellina d'alpeggio.
