Ancient vine grown in central Italy. The organic wine obtained is pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose it is intense and elegant with floral scents, notes of white pulp fruit and delicate spicy hints. In the mouth it opens on a pleasant consistency with a slightly acidic structure that gives integrated freshness to a round finish that retains sweet fruity nuances. Ideal pairing with fish-based dishes or fresh cheeses.
