CELEBRATION DIESEL MAGNUM 2019

This Brut Classic Method Sparkling Wine “Celebrating 55”, thanks to its delicate mineral and fruity notes, is perfect for uncorking during important and memorable aperitifs. Upon visual examination it presents a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aromas on the nose recall notes of pear, dandelion, chalk and grapefruit. In the mouth it is intense, characterized by a dry and crunchy mineral sip. Ideal as an aperitif, where it goes well with canapés and sandwiches, especially fish-based ones. Also worth trying with mixed fried foods, it gives its best with friselle with anchovies and fennel.
